How to run a resident report

Summary/Goal: How to run a resident’s report.


Brief:


Under the ‘Reports’ tab scroll down and select ‘Residents Report.’ In the new window select the information you wish to see in the report. Select the ‘Run Report’ button to complete this tasks.
 

Step-by-step:
 

  1. Mouse over the ‘Reports’ tab and scroll down to ‘Residents Report’ and select it.  




     

  2. In the new page select the following information you wish to see in the resident's report. You can select the order depending on what information you are looking for.
     

  3. Once you have selected and ordered the information you are wishing to seek, select the blue button at the bottom of the page that states ‘Run Report.’  




     

  4. After running the report a new window will appear listing the requested information.


Tips:

 
  1. You can organize the resident’s report by the following information first name, last name, building, floor, street, vehicle, occupant type, and pets.  
     

  2. You can also select the way you communicate with your residents by either text/sms or email.
